No current R to R.  The loco in the movie is a 4-6-0 Hall Class.  They are made by Dapol and are available with dcc capability.  You will have to paint the loco, but it would be a perfect match to the movie, unlike the Bachmann HO one, which is the wrong class of loco.  British based stores like Hattons of Liverpool are good sources.

It's probably not available as R-T-R, but kit-bashing would be an option.

Kit-bashing is a time-honored means of taking something that looks close to what you need and making modeling adjustments:  Re-painting, adding guardrails, constructing addtional pieces, sawing an inch off the middle of a long body and re-gluing before painting, etc.

Kit-bashing occurs when one is looking to model a specific prototype locomotive.  For example, Dave Vollmer's steam locomotives have been kit-bashed in this manner to achieve PRR prototype.

Adding a DCC decoder into a kitbash might also be necessary.

N Scale steam sources are available:  Newhall Station, Plaza Japan, and eBay Steam are here for starters -- And Google hogwarts steam engine for quick comparison.

Hornby does make an R-T-R Harry Potter Castle Train Set but not in N Scale.
