Thanks to all who responded so quickly.....must be a slow day at work, right? I'm sure we're all guilty of using "TLA's" in our conversations (Three Letter Accronyms) of which we're familiar and assume the other party is as well. I felt pretty dumb, however, because right after posting my request to create a glossary of terms, guess, what....I found there's one right here on this website as several of you kindly indicated. So, I'll try to pay better attention. But, from what I can see here today (my first post was today) there's a tremendous amount of knowledge floating around in the ether out there so we'll try to "read & heed".
