It says "Show Forum Code" on the left side of the reply form in blue letters here on MR. The quote reply box has it just below the reply box and says "Forum Code".

First they need to be stored on the web. If your ISP doesn't give you space with your account, there are free hosting sites out there. Then you need to know the exact URL, that's the name of the site where the photos are stored and the file name. If you just type that into your post you will have a link to the photo. If you use the [img] command the photo will just show automaticly.
