I like both Junk Yard Wars and Monster Garage so I'm game. What are the rules, or is part of the fun that there aren't any?

Have Fun,

This sounds like something really sick!!! It actually sounds like what I've been doing when I'm working on my trains. The big question is do we use our own "junk" boxes, or somebody else's? If it's somebody else's, do we get to add to the junk? I just hope it isn't MY junk box, as I don't have a thing in it.........

Good Luck, Morpar

Stuff is Junk that we keep, and Junk is Stuff that we throw away.

I have several boxes of STUFF. I don't know that anyone else would appriciate my STUFF.

Have a blessed day and remember SANTA FE ALL THE WAY

Your real name wouldn't happen to be Gomez Addams would it?

With talk of jet engines, this takes me back to a thread we tossed around several months ago regarding "What to do with my Rivarossi Big Boy"

Actually there was a jet-powered RDC, so it's true THERE IS A PROTOTYPE FOR EVERYTHING!! It had an aerodynamic cowling and I think it got up to 200 or so miles per hour...this was in the Sixties, I think.

I guess it would have to be called Monster Roundhouse. Somehow, "Pimp My Locomotive" just doesn't have the right ring to it.

For a full-size railroad-related Pimp My Ride, take a look at www.avalonrail.com
Click on the Project button down the left side. There's something about the Milwaukee area and trains...

Nope, they called me LUPO, after a german comic character somewhat like mr G Adams!

another old topic also comes up The Monster Roundhouse must be 1:1 scale, imagine all those magnifier lamps used by the more "experienced " modelers will blocking the view on the workbench, 4 people in each team all using a 3x and a 5x each adss up to a lot

Modular railroading at its best!
If it has an X in it, it sucks! And yes, I just had my modeler's license renewed last week!

YAY MONSTER ROUNDHOUSE!

Sounds like a good idea to me! When to we get together, and propose it to The Discovery Channel? It's a guarenteed success!
