Atlas RSD-5 & GP7 Shell Removal

Is there any out there who can give step by step instructions as to how to remove the sheels on these two locomotives (HO Scale Atlas RSD-5 & GP7)? It may be remedial but I'd rather not break anything in the process. Thanks in advance.

all you need to do is remove screws in frame, usually in coupler pockets and possibly inside fuel tank, with atlas you will also need to squeeze on the mounting tabs located near the front and rear truck(turn over and you should see them), they are pretty tough so dont be afraid too apply a little pressure.
