I vote for the first choice. I wish I could get kits like it for dozens of other cars.

Have 6 or 7 of this.

Very good but some parts are so bad casted they broke at the sprue!!!

Sometime an Intermountain is easyer to built than a 5344 !!!!!!!!!

Well the 5344 is still with us.It is now known as the RTR PS 5344 .IMHO This is a far Superior car to the PS5344 kit..It has better details and has metal wheels.

It is impossible for RTR to be better than a kit.

If you haven't see those cars up close and personal..You have no idea. [:D] .These are beautiful cars and looks far better then the kit.IMHO.The lettering is much sharper and the grabs look fair better then those that came in the kit plus,it has a metal walkway by the brake wheel and metal wheels. [:D][tup]
All I had to do to mine was switch out the couplers to KDs..[:D] The 5347's is just as nice. [:D][tup]
BTW I built 4 of those 5344 kits and I compared the cars..The RTR was far the better looking of the two IMHO.[:D] Had I known 2 things I would not have bought the kits.Had I known I had to add the grabs and ladders-I ordered the cars when they first came out sight unseen and that is highly unusual for me to buy anything sight unseen when it first comes out [8][B)]- and had I known these cars would be released in the same road names as the RTR cars I would have waited.[:D]
