What do you get when you cross a GP39-2 with modified trucks from a GDRMB-GE-United Goninan CV50-9i, dynamic brakes from a SD45, one prime mover rated at 15,000hp from a GDRMB-GE AC30000DDW-9 and state of the art upgrades like zero cab virbration on a hood unit, absolutley no vibration in the whole locomotive and state of the art fully digitalized control systems?
