From this list I would choose:

1. North Western

2. SOO Line

I voted for UP on the first one, but this I voted other, for the Grand Trunk Western. Then it'd have to be SOO line.

Modular railroading at its best!
If it has an X in it, it sucks! And yes, I just had my modeler's license renewed last week!

If only the Clinchfield was still around, or the Soo, or the CNW, etc. I think we all miss each railroad on the list!

I grew up seeing the last few years of Frisco. To me, Frisco was THE railroad. Yes, I knew there were others as I watched many boxcars go by day after day. But Frisco was real as life, then anyway. Now I wish I could see Frisco. [:(]

Frisco is gone, but Frisco is not forgotten.

BYW, I hate green. [}:)]

There sould be no question as to my favorite railroad. However, after Erie comes Pennsy, NYC, and Nickel Plate.

I found one thing wrong here, if this pole is for new railroads then why have half of the RR's on the list been gone for 15-20 years (some 35), also, New England Rail is a laypout, not the real thing.

Bangor & Aroostook.

New England Rail is a fictional model...[;)]... but it would be nice if they were real!
