I really want one of these also and there seems to be an EXTREME shortage in MODERN MOW equipment and lineside details, but thats another story.... There is a DW kit that you can use to convert a Trident truck to HI-Rail but it is non operating and not very modern.
All I see at Walthers is a non-operating 2008 Ford F-350 super duty 4X4 hi-rail pickup truck with super cab & long box.
The only other thing I see is a self-propelled high-railer rail detector step van from Bachmann.

Well, I get the Walthers Catalog Flyers and I haven't seen anything that looks like that one, but I don't know everything. You may have to kitbash it from two trucks that look close.
If you want it to run down the track, you are probably going to have to do that yourself.

The above is my opinion, from an active and experienced Model Railroader in N scale and HO since 1961.

Hi,
I am looking to see if any one can help me as I am seeking some Hi rail trucks for my layout and would like to go with what is in the picture attached. HO Scale
