Bidirectional Operation

Hi Dear,

I'm loolking for the experience of bidirectional train operation.
One double line with a single line mixed traffice control especially.
It will be possible if there are safety system equiped to prevent train collision for example ERTMS or ATP so called.
Does anybody knows where can I find such a railway operator or systems ?
