Yes, tank cars with underframes had running boards all around and did not need personnel safety bars. This detail was not put into kits until recently. Twenty years ago, the brake cylinder, auxiliary reservior and triple valve stood in splendid isolation on most model car underframes. Brake piping and rigging, what's that??? In another twenty years, the brakes will probably operate!

Do any tank cars lack anti personel bars at the bottom. Or lack the stantions that secure them to the tank body. Like Walther first run of the 16.000 gallon and the 23.000 cars
