I have yet to order from them, but when I went to their website to check it out, I saw why.

I can get a loco they sell for $79.00 for half that price at more than one other place elsewhere. ANd they don't seem to have an "in stock" listing, Just "available" for most things I was looking at to compare, no different form other sites I know better and are cheaper.

-G .

Just my thoughts, ideas, opinions and experiences. Others may vary.

 HO and N Scale.

After long and careful thought, they have convinced me. I have come to the conclusion that they are right. The aliens did it.

My experience of late has been similar.  No problem with regular price, in-stock items, but never received several backordered and pre-ordered (supposedly reserved, but when I contacted them, was told they were sold out and would not be getting any more.) items.

I have done business with TTH for years and never had problems until recently. I was highly disappointed with my last 2 orders. The items were "Available" according to their website...never got one item and the other was shipped 3 months later...I'm no longer 'Available" as their customer.

Being old is when you didn't loose it, it's that you just can't remember where you put it.

I've ordered from them many times. No problems, and good prices and service.

I've had great service and really enjoyed getting their emails on sales since those prices are usually the best.     I personally have not had positive experiences with one of the other more well known companies mentioned by others.

They are the online hobby shop side of Bowser, and they have a good sized brick and mortar store called English's that carries from Z to G.

I've made several purchases from them and have never had a problem. I would recommend them.

I have had no issues when ordering from Toy Train Heaven.  I've ordered both from their website and over the phone.  Items always arrived quickly.

Certainly not the worst, but when I ordered 6 Atlas ballast hoppers in the same road name, they sent me two with the same number.  After that and a previous problem, I went elsewhere.

I've ordered from them several times and have never had a problem.  Prompt shipments of items in stock and outstanding customer service and a big plus:  my wife just absolutely loves the name.  I would highly recommend this retailer.

I've never ordered from them, but I've had nothing but good service ordering from M.B. Klein, aka Model Train Stuff. I've also had good service from Trainworldonline.com.

I believe they're the hobby shop side of Bowser Corporation because they're in the same town -- very honest company to deal with.

I've purchased from them several times and am thinking of ordering something next week. No problems over several years.

Are you asking about the hobby shop / mail order dealer, or whether anyone has had an "after-death experience" involving model trains??
