That thread was for someone with a Mac or Apple computer.
I use JMRI for a signal control program and Rail Op to generate switch lists for operations.
RO is not meant as an inventory program, but you do have to list all the cars you want to use, but you can designate which cars and locomotives are on or off the layout. It does not have the capability to input photos of each car or loco.

hi guys i cant seem to find any of the ads for either car rosters or operational systems, where should i look? i know there are some of them out there
