I've just purchased Kato unitrack and am wondering where do I solder the controller wire to? Thanks[8)]

Did you buy one of the sets? If you did there will be 2 short pieces of track and the powerpack connector .There are notches on one end of one piece of track to clear the connector wire.Turn this track piece upside down and you will see where the wire connects. It just simply plugs in.

Pay attention to catt and throw the solder iron away. I have been modeling for years and never used one. Now that Kato has shown the way, others are jumping on the band-wagon but there is a lack of compatability.

Catt, thanks for the response. No, it was part of a used layout that the hobby shop sold me. Sounds like I need to find a piece of connector track, right?[:0]
