The Bachmann 4-6-0 looks close to many older ten wheelers too. You might want to research the CN to find an engine that's close, considering the Bachmann engine (Spectrum line) is the best non-brass 4-6-0 on the market.

Another idea might be to buy a 4-6-0 kit from either MDC or Bowser, and modify it to your prototype.

I checked at ebay and I found one for a very good price, but I'm not sure if I'm going to buy it because my parents get angry if I keep buying things. I have to wait a couple of weeks before I buy something. I'll check at my local hobby shop and see they have one.

Most likely you are looking at a brass model and one made some time ago. I would try E-bay or one of the larger brass dealers listed in MR. Also check the ads in the back of the magazine as sometimes people sell off collections and your engine may be listed. If contacting a hobby shop one in Canada would probably have a higer probablity of finding one.

Does anyone know where I could buy a 4-6-0 which is similar to the ones the Canadian National used to own? Thanks.
