Life Like Proto 2000 buildings

What do you guys think about these Life Like Proto 2000 buildings? Are they any good? I know the regular Life Like buildings are kinda along the lines of the Bachmann plasticville buildings, but don't know anything about these. I know the Proto 2000 loco's are supposed to be pretty nice.

The overall structure doesn't loo too bad but I think it will still need to be painted. And those steps for the entrance would definitely have to be redone. It makes the building look like a church.

Overall, not too bad. It would depend on pricing and would definitely require some bashing, IMHO.

There's only one P2K building, and that's the factory. Overall, it's OK, but the pointed tower roof definitely has to go. It's priced a little steep, unless you find one on clearance. Walthers has a very similar building.

I was definitely going to paint it. I hate prepainted buildings. They always look cheesy. I saw it on wholesaletrains.com for $23.

I didn't even know it was the only Proto building. Why even release just one building? Are they planning a new line?

I have the Moore & Company Warehouse, pre-painted-pre-weathered-pre-printed.
Bot a second one with the intention of making it a two story building.
No regrets.
