I was surprised, but I guess I should not have been, to learn there is collector interest in Lionel HO particularly the first attempt, circa 1960. In other words, the prices are out of line with the value to a scale model railroader although some of the Lionel HO stuff was not too bad for the time.

Ive been wondering lately, how rare are Lionel HO locomotives, cars, and track now days. I have a UP Husky Switcher, UP caboose, and a loop of track (None of which are in operating condition sadly)
