Anyone know who makes any? MS doesn't, or at least its not listed,

If you have the artwork, Microscale will do custom decals.

Two possibilities. Go to:
http://www.greatdecals.com/
Scroll down throught the listings of the smaller decal makers to determine if one of them already produces Dairymens League decals in HO.
Or, join the Yahoo Groups Milktrains group and post your question there.
