I got my Walthers UP CA-1 caboose last friday.

One of the endhandrail / ladder add-ons was broken.

So I mailed this to Walthers!

Yesterday I got the sparepart !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HEY: I live in Germany - This is from Wisconsin 4.000 miles away (I think) and I got the parts after 5 days (INCLUDES A WEEKEND) !!!!!

THIS IS A PERFECT CUSTOMER SUPPORT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not a regular at Walthers and have never had a product problem.
When I have a product question like on the Rivarossi Warranty, I go right
to the top and I do get the answer, from the top.
