, Welcome back.
I'm sure that you'll have about a gazillion questions. The 'Search Community' on the right block is your friend - it can access threads and posts clear back to Day 1, and you'll be astounded at some of the 'outside the box' ideas it will reveal.
If a quick (or not so quick) search doesn't provide useful information, post your question. Try to pick the appropriate sub-forum - electrical questions will get quicker and better answers in the 'Electronics and DCC' forum, while layout construction and prototype information also have specific homes. Also, be sure to put the subject of your question in the post subject, to act as a magnet for the knowledgeable modelers here.
Don't be intimidated by 'experts.' I may have a high post count, but I am at best an experienced journeyman, and am always ready to learn from the masters. I have also learned that there are few questions in modeling that have only one right answer. For your own modeling, the only person you have to please is strolling around in your shoes.
Above all, have fun.
