Hey, folks, I'm looking for companies that produce structures in N scale that are other than the old standby companies. In other words, companies that do not market through Walthers. I know there are some out there as I see an ad by one or two in MR from time to time. I'm most specifically looking for more modern buildings, but would be interested in companies that produce any structures in N. Share the wealth of your knowledge with me.

Also on kind of a side note, alot of modern day structures like factories and such are concrete and/or steel pole type buildings. The paper converting place I worked at was in a steel building made from structural steel I and H beams with corrugated steel facade (except the nice new steel/brick office building they just made last summer), while a little further up the road is Amerhart, full of steel-pole sheds for shelter to the lumber products along with a steel warehouse (they get box cars, I'm assuming for insulation), and a little further down the next road is, um, well not quite sure what they are but they're house in a concrete facade building, identical looking to the Great Western? concrete warehouse kit MR used for the Badger Ethanol plant on the WSOR shelf layout from a few months ago. Scratch building can't be that hard, and if it is well then I'm in for a long learning streak because I plan to scratch build a structure or two.
For more modern buildings check out Pikestuff. You will see their style of buildings in most any city or small town. They can be kit-bashed well, or used as suggested. Model Train Stuff carries the complete line of buildings.
