Looking for a structure for my Conrad Yelvington Rock Facility.

I'm planning a rock facility to put on the addition to my layout and I have photographed the Conrad Yelvington facilites near Sanford, Fl and Orlando, Fl.  One of the structures I would like to model is this

 

Does anyone know of an existing HO kit that would come close?
