Thanks for the tip Bill, but I am looking for someone to do the work for me. Someone who has the ability to make up a scematic with the specs I give them. Still have any ideas?

Go to the Atlas web site (www.atlasrr.com) and download their software for free. Personally, I like a cheap ($30-40, I forget) CAD program I got at Menard's, believe it or not, better than the software made specifically for layout planning.

Track plan needed
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, November 21, 2001 10:14 PM
Hello

I have a 8 x 12 L shaped layout table, that I built. I have yet to find a layout that fits my needs (interest, switching possibilities, theme, scenery, and stuctures) in any of the Kalmbach publishing(s), on the web, even with going to a local RR club. Is there any way possible to get this information without going to one of those "planners" found in certain magazines and paying a large sum of money for a simple track plan and theme?

All I am looking for is someone to take the available space that I have and come up with a "good" track plan, preferably a switching operation with staging as add-ons.

Please, if anyone has any insight on this topic, please feel free to contact me at tobitz@aol.com
Thanks- Pete
