Sorry, I promised I wouldn't tell.

Although I will say it's not as obvious as last year's.

It's a good one, so, no hints, as it will wreck it for you once you figure it out.  Plus, there is a huge hint already in this thread.  (Not my reply, the thread....)  Enjoy!

AAAAH! I can't find it! This is killing me! I must be completely blind or something.

I'm sitting here at the computer, studying my MR better than my text books, and i still can't find it!

How about a hint? Just a little one? Please?

I have got to say this is a good one, a real classic. In fact, I say it's a "No Fool, April Fool's" story, because parts of it actually might just be good enough to be really useful.

I agree wholeheartedly.  It kinda snuck up on me when I wasn't lookin' Laugh

I got mine today and just read it, so here I am, looking for the thread about.

And my lips are sealed to not be a spoiler.

I probably wouldn't have even realized it was the April issue if I hadn't read this thread. Guess that's what I get for being curious.

Bit of a pet peeve of mine, actually.  A lot of periodicals do it.  The problem is, while I'm as wary as the next guy on April first, it's usually early March when I'm reading the April issue of a magazine...

Maybe they should put the "Aprils fools" joke in the May issuse?

Wants: 1. high-quality, sound equipped, SD40-2s, C636s, C30-7s, and F-units in BN. As for ones that don't cost an arm and a leg, that's out of the question....

2. An end to the limited-production and other crap that makes models harder to get and more expensive.

I'm officially not reading any replies to this thread or anything with the word "April" or "This Month's MR" in the title until I get my issue! Wink

Nice job MR!

Before I say anything, I can guarantee that I WILL NOT spoil the joke for everyone, so continue if you wish.

So today my April MR came. I immediately began reading it, and procrastinating from doing my homework, in hopes of snow tomorrow.
Anyways, I was just casually reading along, like I normally do. Not expecting anything out of the ordinary. Well, I got to this certain column, and started reading this certain article that looked interesting. Got to this one part, and it said something that seemed kinda strange, but thought nothing of it. Usually, when I'm through with the article, I keep going. But I noticed that one minor detail, that most people probably don't notice (myself included), and that gave it away.

Very nice MR! I haven't gotten through the entire issue yet, but I've got my eyes peeled... Blindfold
