The magic of J.B. Weld

I found that an excellent material for making turnout frogs is J.B. Weld. It also can be used to fix dents in trains as it is an auto body filler.

I also use it to attach weights to the insides of freight cars knowing they will never come loose and the lack solvents means there will be no distortion to the plastic bodies. Just make sure you clean any oils from the metal parts prior to installing.

Excellent! I've used it for everything from sealing gas tanks on the trail to... to ...well just a bunch of stuff, but never anything model related.
The manufacturer is right, there are millions of uses for it.
