What can your P.S. do?

I am currious what kind of kick todays power supplys have.
I had a lot of store bought power supplys is the past and none were worthey.
So I built my own back in the early 90's. At the time it seemed the only way I could run the amount of locos I wanted. What I built has worked fine for me ever sience. So I wonder how much better todays power supplies are.
I would enjoy hearing from those that would be so kind as to share there thoughts on this.

I don't know what the limits are on mine but I have ran as many as 16 powered units at the same time and it could easily handle it.

I have a MRC Control Master 20 that can operate up to like 9 locomotives at once and utilizes flat-line DC. My Tech 4 200 is my most modern power supply and has tighter control over all locomotives than any other transformer. The BLI steamers work best with her.

Also in my possession are the MRC Railpower 1300, Railpower 1370, and Tech 2 1400.
