Search for Alco RSD-15 in HO

Hour after hour of webserching for an RSD-15 HO locomotive has been unsuccesful. dose anyone know were i canfin a model of an HO Alco RSD-15
im in desperat need of such a locomotive
they seem to be rare and almost imposible to find so does anyone have any info on this model

Gilbert made one (or the very similar RSD7) in HO about 40 years ago, these occassionally show up on ebay.
