I know what you mean about the budget. Today I purchased two Tsunami Baldwin 1000 HP decoders and speakers at a train show to install into two NYC decorated VO 1000 locos. Fortunately I found the DCC ready loocs on ebay for $53.00 each and are great runners. No doubt you will be spending more.

And I finally just got around to painting the pair of undec C630's I bought a good 8 years ago from the first run of 630's Stewart did ,figuring that they wouldn't get around to the proper Canadian trucked ones in my life time. Oh well I have time to unload them on ebay I suppose before these come out. There is that crazy Murphy at it again.
