There's certainly a lot there!
These links from it may also be useful...

The second one looks like it will provide the info for earlier dates.
I'm now going to go and put my head in the freezer to cool my brain down...
PS Is there an official; policy on / site for road painting contractors painting straight over squashed armadillos and stuff? I love those mad pics.

I am about ready to paint the lines on my roads in the city and need some info. How wide are the crosswalks and how far are they from the intersection? Also, how about the parking lines, I do not know yet if I will go with parallel parking or angle, What would be the correct angle of the parking spaces. How far from the intersection would the parking begin? Is there somewhere I could go on-line to find the correct info. I guess I could go to town and measure but I do not get to town very often and I live in a very small town with no crosswalks or parking areas.
I did hear that the white lines represent boundries and the yellow lines represent on-comming traffic, if anyone needs this info.
I am modeling more or less present day and in N scale. Thanks. Mike
