I used Paint Shop Pro 8.0 and added the lights. I got them flashing with Animation Shop 3. I'll have more later.

Very cool, just one small thing. The whole image seems to shift by a couple of pixils as it flashes. Is there a way to get it "registered" better Mark? BTW, "registration" is the term used for alignment of layers in graphic arts. As always, be careful about file size here.
