A couple of people on here pointed me to them a few months back. Only bought one thing so far but definitly going to buy from then again. Couldn't believe the price some of their spectrum set were compared to what they cost on Bachmann's site.

I have used M.B. Klein many times.  They have fast turnaround.  Their shipping is fast as well.  I receive things faster from them than other retailers who are based in the midwest.

Couldn't agree more.  It wasn't too long ago that there on-line presents wasn't that great but they have come a long way since.  They have gotten the majority of my train funds over the years for a good reason.

Cheers,

Peter

I use and like them too.  I really like that online ordering where you can see what they actually have in stock.

Enjoy

I agree completely...MB Klein is my preferred vendor. Great website and the realtime inventory rocks. I use them over my LHS since they moved 15 miles further away and cranked up their prices. Jamie

Been buying from them for about 6 years now and always have gotten great svc. and fair prices. My wife got me a Proto Heritage 2000 Y3 from them a few years back for My birthday and they went out of their way to make sure it got to me on time. The ups guy rang the doorbell when the kids were singing happy birthday hows that for timing.

Just my 2 cents worth, I spent the rest on trains. If you choked a Smurf what color would he turn?

I never place ANY internet orders with modeltrainstuff.com. Why? Because.....

...They're only a 25-minute drive away from my house! Cool  Saves me a bundle on shipping...

MB Klein has been great for me too. Sometimes I watch E bay and see people bidding hirer than brand new from Klein.

For the most part I support my LHS for most things except if its really cheaper at Klein's. If all the LHS go away we will all be forced to buy online and get killed with shipping. I am in a local club so my LHS gives us great discounts and no shipping charges on orders. Some things are 20% off MSRP but mostly 10% discount.

Just got my monthly box full of goodies dropped off by ups.Bow Two sets of the new Kato CN Maxi- IV doublestacks, 3 BNSF(H1) 5161 Trintys from intermountain, and a NRLX 5161 Trinity. I love it when you get what you want, at the price you want, when you want it, no problem. I spend a small fortune with these guys and I will always come back for more.

I have to kind of laughLaugh when I hear these stories about guys getting ripped off by shady internet hobby shops. We won't go there though.Smile,Wink, & Grin.
