Model Train Manufacturers

Hi all,

After the topic for Roadnames where I got a lot of help from you guys, the turn is now to Model Train Manufacturers. The goal is to have a complete list of all Model Train Manufacturers (including those who just to scenics, etc). This is the list I got so far:
