Photo Thread

I was thinking.....a phrase which usually send shivers up the spine of my coworkers.....that we need a photo thread on the MR forums similiar to the "Sunday Photo Fun" on the Atlas forums. A place where members can post photos or links to personal webpages to show case their work. I know that some here are on dial up so a links thread might be easier for some. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I tried it already on the GR forum, got told that they're is no plans whatsoever for a readers gallery, too much hastle and they dont want to deal with it.

One of the members will start it up every Sunday. It runs it's course for a day or two and falls down to the bottom. Then starts over again on Sunday. Not really managed by the staff, but by the members.

Just an idea. With the broad range of talent and modelling that is represented here, we'd have more reader photos....like Vic Smith's G scale 2-4-0 pics on the Bachmann forums.
