I JUST FOUND OUT ON A PREVIOUS POST THAT ATHEARN PRODUCED
A TRAIN SET FOR NEW HOLLAND FARM EQUIPMENT. I WOULD LIKE TO

Dave,
Don't know about New Holland, but Athearn produced a John Deere train set for the 2003 Christmas holiday season
http://www.athearn.com/home2.html
(click on the on page John Deere link)
which might still be available at some of the online wholesalers. Apparently there was also a Walmart version of the set. Will either do ?
P.S. Please lose the ALL CAPS, it's considered shouting and actually causes slower reading.

Dave or Chewie or anyone,
What is the correct time period for the "Waterloo Boy" shown in the John Deere HO scale portion of the Groff Web site ?

The waterboys were around from around 1915-1925, give or take a year or two.

Chewie,
Thanks for the quick response - that's toward the late end of the period I model, but I've just ordered some from Athearn for a flat car load.
