The Con Cr cars already have seats there, so no, the kits don't. (EDIT: Correction, the 72' cars have dome seats included with car, the 85's do not) You'll need to get some more styrene and buy a baggie of seats to make your own.
Actually, I prefer this method anyway, it's cheaper

i have 3 athearn vista dome car kits and want to use palace car company con-cor dome car interior kits for my vista domes. does palace car company's interior kits for the 72' and 85' dome cars just have seats for the dome section or just for the seats below the dome part?
