I am pretty sure that it is something you will have to add yourself.  You will probably need a six function decoder for it if you run DCC

Ditch Lights at both ends?
Posted by brank on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 9:25 PM

Was watching older re-sold blue and yellow paint scheme Santa Fe engines (with road name painted out) doing small-scale switching on small spurs in and around the canneries in central California last week and noticed that they all had operating ditch lights at both ends that would come on each time they changed direction (short nose first, long nose first). Are there currently any B-B truck HO scale engines that are sold with this feature? Or is it something I probably have to custom-modify?
