I know there are some very strong opinions on this, so don’t shoot the messenger.

It is good to know what the manufactures are doing, whether you agree or not.

Well. I won't shoot the messenger but I don't think MTH should get any free publicity or business from any of us until they drop their rediculous patent infringement suit. There used to be a guy who claimed he had the copyrights to several of the fallen flags and would threaten people on AOL if they even mentioned the railroad names in posts without his permission. Haven't heard anything from him in many years now and I hope MTH wises up also.

I was tempted to make some more "comments" on what I felt regarding MTH's suit and impact, but I'll just not support them. Too many good topics here to worry abouut these guys.

I think they've done a good enough job in damaging their own reputation.

Over and out!

Bingo AntonioFP45!!

There is nothing that MTH can do now that will make me buy one of thier products. I had the feeling from the moment I heard about the lawsuit that MTH would be entering the HO market. With so many other manufactures out there producing high quality sound equipped loco's, I hope that my fellow HO modelers will give MTH the one finger salute and run them out of the HO market.

HO has done with out MTH until now, we can do without them in the future. Just my .02
