Born out of frustation, of not being able to get adequate NKP equipment, I decided the NKP is alive and well. As stated in my earlier post, the NKP took over the N&W, Sou, and half of Conrail. All locos will carry their original reporting marks, but will have an NKP patch. The newest locos will be bought unpainted, of if not available like that, will be repainted to NKP colors (basic black) and numbered with a new numbering scheme. I am presently creating new decals, and a numbering scheme. THE NKP LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!! R. Staller
