Thanks,

Last I saw, the moderator (Aaron DaMommio) was trying to get the list transferred to his own website, but I don't know if he was ever successful at doing it.

The City of Austin (Texas) had him at a public library demonstration last summer. Perhaps you could write them and ask them how to get in touch with him personally. That website address is: http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/library/srp01aaron.htm

Hope that helps.

Hi,
About.com cancelled the About Model Railroading guidesite and its forum recently, along with 299 other sites.

At the moment, I'm spending some time at the Delphi Model Railroading Forum, which has a very similar format. Delphi's software ran the About Forums, behind the scenes. You can find this forum at:
http://www.delphi.com/n/main.asp?webtag=modelrr&nav=messages

You can find some of my guidesite articles at my personal web site:
http://www.ereliant.net/~aaron
where you can also sign up for a mailing list to keep up with new developments.

Thanks,
Aaron DaMommio
