help with the midland

can someone tell me how to make the single return leg I cant see how it can work with one layer or is it two if so why is the parts list not include that section

I bought the Atlas book featuring this particular track plan: Seven Step-by-Step HO Railroads, this layout was designed so part of the main line actually runs UNDER the scenery (the double track section that runs under the yard).

I'm not sure if that answers your question, if not, please rephrase your question because I found it pretty hard to understand, where do you see missing parts exactly?

Indeed, BUDLINER, this is a two-level layout. If you're wanting something flat, you might prefer something in the beginner/intermediate stage...

sorry yes, it is that double section under the yard is that flat and all the rest is proped up I do have that same book and I have the wood its over $140 for the framing at home depot is that return leg conected to the yard is it two levels I cant see that in the book

The section under the yard is flat, until it needs to start to raise again to reach the surface of the layout at each ends. If I can make a suggestion, since you are using a published plan, you could always buy the book it's featured in, especially considering that they give a step by step explanation on how to build the thing in that book. It could save you from a lot of headaches [;)]
