not sure on the car you want, but as for powered trucks try bowser's version http://www.bowser-trains.com/hoother/trolleys/misc/misc.htm

I want to build a model of the P&N 2100 class interurban cars.
Does anyone have any plans or a good sideview photo that I could use?
Is anyone willing to correspond via email with me on scratchbuilding my first model of any kind especially traction. I also want to build my own power trucks.
