deschane: They did a movie remake of it, which was, almost certainly, even dumber than the original. But that's okay, because in these days of "continuse" running, spelling is considered a skill as obsolete as scrimshaw handicrafts...

To much abbreviations! What's a "flared rad kit fro" I got the SD70M, which must be some kind of new fangled diesel locomotive. Do you mod diesel guys run around in bell bottoms? Is a "flared rad kit fro" some new hair cut for "Link" from the "Mod Squad"? Is that show still on? It was dumb back in the 60s, why wouldn't it be dumber now in the new millenia? I think I might be going down the wrong trail here! Help!!

Try a vintage-clothing shop...failing that, an auto parts store.

I know SE Prototype models does a flared rad kit fro UP SD70M's but I may attempt to scratchbuild the modification instead. Does anyone have any advice on this. I believe the Sept 01 edition of Model Railroader has Steven Orth scratchbuild article. Is anyone able to scan and email this article to me?

I know its been said before but does anyone know of any plans by any manufacturer to release a Flared version of the SD70M.

I NEED FLARES!!!! Please!
