Crap I feel like an idiot. I went to the atlas site and it says they have a decoder plug. Sorry to waste your time! (I'm hoping the minimum radius is 22")

I'm thinking about getting one of these models, they look excellent and fit my time period. But, are the ones that come without decoders installed DCC ready? Thanks in advance!
