Check on Tucows.com for a tryware program called LView Pro. Nice image editor. Change size, format (ie, JPG, GIF, BMP) and a number of other parameters. I use it a lot.

Even though the North Western was a rival of my favorite road, I enjoy looking at pictures of anything Mid West. Good modeling, CNWfan.
