Hey Everybody,
As noted on one of the other threads the URL for Tony's has changed to:
http://www.tonystrains.com/
Apparently the folks at TTX Corporation took exception to Tony's domain name even though he has been using it for a long time. Shades of UP !

Highly recommended - based on my experience with decoders, dcc systems and questions before and after the sale.

Tony's is the best. Good prices, fast shipping and EXCELLENT customer
service. I just converted two NCE tethered throttles to radio with kits purchased
from Tony's with no problems.Works great with my System One just like they said
it would.NCE wireless is the best thing since sliced bread![:D]

You won't be disappointed. Lacquer thinner is one of the recommended
solutions.
However if you are close to a furnace room, it's a NO NO

I just bought the "clean machine" from Tony. Both the service and the product are top notch.

just one more question, I was looking up places to buy digitrax dcc and ended up at Litchfield Station website, they have the cheapest prices I've seen for digitrax so far, does anybody know of other places that sell digitrax cheap?

I have been dealing Tony,Ken, Heidi & Debbie for about 6 years now,and I could'nt be happier with them.TTX does all of my decoder and sound installations. They are knowlegable, helpful, friendly and thier prices are fair. Any small problems I've ever had were taken care of quickly.I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I have purchased many decoders from Tony's Train Exchange and have always received top-notch service and quick delivery. I bought a decoder equipped Proto 2000 GP locomotive from him a couple of years ago and the decoder was bad. I phoned him, he asked me to return it, and replaced it with no hassle. Tony Parisi is a modeler who decided to go into the DCC business, and he has built up an excellent reputation among the DCC crowd.

I'll echo what has been said. Excellent fast service and if you have any problems at all or need suggestions, they are very friendly and helpful on the phone.
I personally think their PS series of circuit breakers and auto reversers are the best out there.

thanks guys

I have never bought from him, but he has some great prices especially the new lionel up gas turbine diesel and am also considering a digitrax radio super chief setup, he seems to have the best prices of them all.
I am in Canada and have been using Internet hobbies as my main supplier of model railroad goodies but would like to try this guy

Best damn place in the world. All my orders were completed and shipped within 24 hours of placing them, Tony and staff are very polite, kind and patient.

Definatly call him if you need to know something or have questions.

I have not personally ordered either, but the decoder czar at out club does almost exclusively. He orders 10-15 decoders at a time for club members and has absolutely nothing but praise for TTX.
