The current English one running on 16.5 mm guage (HO) track, or the Lionel OO of 50 years ago, or the Proto:4 movement?

There is an NMRA SIG for 00. They have a page at http://www.getnet.com/~dickg/nmra/sigs/AmericanOO/AmericanOO.html don't know how large a group it is.
Enjoy
