New Rivarossi motor removal

Okay I took off the front and rear trucks and the top boiler and cab assembly, I would like to remove the lower boiler and smoke boxs assembly. It looks like I have to remove the motor to do so, any suggestions on how to remove the motor or the lower boiler assembly would be greatly appreciated! This is a brand new Pacific 4-6-2 Rivarossi with the motor in the boiler (not the cab) I'm trying to make this loc look more like a G3 and want to paint it in CNJ Blue Comet colors. Thanks for any help in advance. Sincerely Brian

Hey thanks guys for the welcome, I figured it out. You have to either desoder the headlight wire from the motor or cut it, then just spead the firebox and the lower boiler and smoke box slide forward and out. I cut the head light wire and will reattach with a male and female connector to make servicing easier next time. Anyone put a smoke unit in one of these? is it hard? Thanks Brian
