I have the same car an since it shares construction details with my Silver Streak "Cookie Box", then we must conclude they are sisters.

If it's a wooden car with metal doors and slides, you might have an old Silver Streak kit. I think they made one for 3M. They're put together really well, and with a little TLC and adding brake rigging on the underside, they can look really good. I've got several old Silver Streak box and refrigerator cars, and I'm not afraid to run them with my newer Intermountain and Accurail cars at all. Nice cars.

Yes it does have metal doors and slides,along with original metal spring trucks as well.I too run it along with all the other modern and old/vintage freight cars I have.Thanks for the info!!!
