This Year's Short List
Posted by Fergmiester on Saturday, March 13, 2004 10:17 PM
Given a choice what five new Locomotives would you like to see manufactured to a Spectrum/P2K/Rivarossi/Genisis level of excellence?

For me it would be:

CN 4-8-4 Northern
CP 4-6-4 Hudson
CP 2-10-4 Selkirk
CV 2-10-4 Texas 700
NP 4-6-6-4

I'll put the result up in 9 days if I get enough interest

If one could roll back the hands of time... They would be waiting for the next train into the future. A. H. Francey 1921-2007

And an AC-4 with the better looking flat face wouldn't be bad either!

For me, take Fergie's list, subtract the CN & CV units, add a G3 or G5 CP Pacific & add a RSD17, HO scale of course, & while I'm at it, how about a SD40-2F for good measure.

Brought to you by the letters C.P.R. as well as D&H!
