I know of no commercial manufacturer that makes what you want, but then again I don't know everythingSmile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

My thought would be to scratchbuild, cut ovals from clear thin plastic and make the gaskets from sports thread (the kind used to sew up sporting gear- it's made of plastic or kevlar and doesn't have "fur" on it).

Where can I find oval shaped windows with gaskets to put on the outside shell of passenger coaches? Windows gaskets will make your trin look razor sharp, finer, and more realistic. I need one for a GE Jersey Arrow III
